From Italian designer deadstock, this is a crinkle-textured viscose micro-plisse’ blouse weight woven with a fabulous ‘partitioned patterns’ print (17″ repeat) with a small-scale geometric medley in shades of spring green, kelly green, orchid, violet, daylily, turquoise, black, soft white, etc. (PANTONE 13-0550, 19-3737, 18-2328, 17-4540, 14-1159, etc.). It’s semi-opaque with a soft drape, and is perfect for a drapey blouse, top, tunic, peasant style dress, skirt, etc. Lining or layering may be needed for skirts or dresses. The pleating expands about 10% widthwise and springs back into place. Dry clean, or test first if you wish to hand wash, and lay flat to dry.
