This is an incredibly versatile patternis now available for older girls. It has echoes of the Washi Dress for women but has been sized and revised for girls. There are lots of options for the neck, arm hole, pleats vs. gathers etc.

The pattern is suitable for sizes 6-12, you will find a pattern for the Geranium dress in sizes0-5T here.

Spark – Ilike the solids in the image, but I would do a fun modern floral for something a little livelier.

You will need:

  • Woven fabric (see yardage chart)
  • Lightweight fusible interfacing
  • Fourbuttons or snaps for back closure
