This exquisite boiled wool coating, from Car0lina Herrera and made in Italy, is insanely beautiful! Normally a fabric of this quality would sell for WAY more, so this is quite a find. It is a coating weight, yarn-dyed knit with almost no stretch–just a bit of give in the width ony. It’s very dense and about the weight and drape of a doublecloth coating. The design (not a print) is so sophisticated and subtle, a diamond graphic in navy, gray and black (PANTONE 19-3928, 18-0000). The colors are very quiet and dark because the texture of the boiled wool softens the lines of the design. Make yourself the most stunning coat… and if you don’t, I will! (ha ha –I may have to steal some for myself…) Dry cleaning recommended.
