This gorgeous WOOL(!) shirting is from a US rep for high end French and Italian fabrics — they are closing and selling off all of their amazing stock. It is wonderful quality French yarn dyed plaid wool flannel shirting (2.75″ repeat) with a soft, brushed texture. The colors are shades of cooler gray (PANTONE 16-0000, 18-0000…ish). Medium-light weight, this woven has a very tight weave and a soft drape with a bit of body. It is perfect for a mens’ or ladies’ classic shirt or a tunic, dress, skirt, loungewear, lining for a casual jacket or coat, etc. If you wish to hand wash, please test first and hang to dry, or dry clean.
