From Italian designer deadstock, this all wool sweater knit is just beautiful! The color is a heathered marsala (PANTONE 19-1334), and it has a chunky 2×2 vertical ribbing which looks the same on both sides. It has about 30% stretch in the width and just a bit in the length but it’s stable. This medium weight fabric is soft, drapey and nearly opaque. Perfect for a cardigan, pullover or tunic, shawl, scarf, etc. Note the wide width! Dry clean or hand wash — treat as you would any fine wool sweater knit.
