This fabulous-looking cotton blend novelty knit has an overlapping squares and stripes graphic design–yarn-dyed, not printed–with an 8.5″ repeat, in midnight blue and creamy white (PANTONE 19-3920). 15% stretch in the width only, with a wonderfully soft drape and dry hand. The weight is similar to a doubleknit and it’s an opaque 2-ply construction (the back is not meant to be seen). It’s a fabulous design that is perfect for any number of knit top styles, a drapey or fitted cardigan, knit dress or skirt, etc. Manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash in cold water, hang or lay flat to dry, or dry clean.
