The 50wt is strong and thin,perfect forpiecing, subtle quilting & topstitching, and English Paper Piecing it also works for Applique, Bobbin and Machine Lace, all forms of quilting and basting.The spool is 1300 metres or 1422 yards.

Metrosene is

The 100wt thread is an all-purpose machine and hand sewing thread.METROSENEcan be used for all fabrics and seams. The sewing thread is iron-proof, does not shrink and is color fast. The spool is 100 metres or 109 yards.
